Why Sellers Choose Us

What an Enterprise wire sale involves on your end

01You Are Paid Before It Moves

Funds change hands before a single reel leaves your property. There is no consignment and no waiting on a downstream resale.

02No Sorting Or Stripping

You are never asked to sort, measure, strip or re-spool anything. Our team grades the material from photos and our own inspection.

03We Cover Freight and Loading

Trucks, forklifts, reel handling and pallet wrapping are billed to us. That cost is already priced into the offer you receive.

04Mixed Lots Are Welcome

Full reels, partial reels, boxed coils, loose cut-offs and several different constructions on one skid are all normal to us.

The Enterprise Market

We are wire buyers, not brokers. Cable leaving Enterprise gets bought with our own money and hauled on our own freight. Our the Great Basin buyers handle Enterprise and everything around it in NV. Payment is upfront. You do not front the freight, you do not pay for loading, and you do not need to measure or strip anything before we commit to a price.

Every construction is in scope. What we see most often in Enterprise is mixed partial reels on skids from a distributor's back rack and boxes of plenum Cat6 and FPLP fire alarm cable. Across Nevada we also buy direct burial URD from a utility contractor's yard, 4/0 aluminum SER coils from residential service work and VFD cable reels from a pump station project.

Who We Buy From

Our sellers here are typically pulp, paper and lumber mills, warehouse and distribution center owners, electrical contractors clearing out a job trailer. We also buy from demolition crews stripping a site and water and wastewater treatment authorities.

The situations that put surplus wire on the market look like this:

  • The business is closing and remaining inventory is being liquidated.
  • Rack space is needed for material that is actually moving.
  • The job over-ordered and the return window at the distributor has already closed.
  • A subdivision or phase finished and every house left a partial coil behind.

Pickup and Freight in Enterprise

Mileage from Las Vegas is absorbed on our side of the transaction rather than deducted from your offer. If the reels are in a basement or up a ramp, tell us and we will bring the right equipment.

The material is valued on its own merits. The cost of getting it out of Enterprise is absorbed on our side. Sellers who already hold a scrap quote often find the difference substantial, because a scrap figure pays metal weight minus processing and ignores what a full reel with a legible print line is worth to somebody who needs to pull it.

How the Sale Works

Four steps, none of which cost you anything

  1. Send What You Have

A photograph of the reel tags and one wide shot of the pallet is enough to begin. If the tags are gone, photograph the print line on the jacket and we will identify it from that.

  2. Receive a Firm Offer

We respond with a committed cash figure, usually the same day. It is an offer rather than an estimate, and it does not move afterward.

  3. Schedule on Your Terms

Pickup in Enterprise is arranged around your yard hours, shop schedule or dock availability. If a dock appointment or gate code is needed, we work around it.

  4. We Pay, Then We Haul

Payment is completed before anything moves. Our crew performs the loading, the reel handling and the wrapping, and our truck removes it.

Selling Surplus Wire in Enterprise: Common Questions

Straight answers

Do you actually come to Enterprise to pick up the wire?

Yes. Mileage from Las Vegas is absorbed on our side of the transaction rather than deducted from your offer. We do not ask you to arrange freight, palletize anything or deliver material to us.

Do I need to measure or sort it first?

No. Sorting is never a condition of our offer. We grade a lot from photos, the reel tags and our own inspection at pickup.

What if the reels are only partially full?

We still buy them. A full unopened reel is worth the most, but partials sell well, and even short cut-offs have recovery value. Tell us roughly what is there and we will quote the whole lot.

When do I get paid?

Before anything leaves your property. Payment is not contingent on us reselling the material afterward.

Will you buy a few coils in Enterprise, or only truckloads?

Both. A pallet is worth a call, and if you have a warehouse full of aged stock we will quote the entire inventory as one purchase.

Do you buy aluminum as well as copper?

Yes. Aluminum URD, triplex, XHHW and SER all have real resale markets, and we buy them readily. Do not assume aluminum is only worth scrap price.

Have Surplus Wire in Enterprise to Sell?

Call or text photos of the reels and we will return a firm offer, usually the same day.
