01You Are Paid Before It Moves

Funds change hands before a single reel leaves your property. There is no consignment and no waiting on a downstream resale.

You are never asked to sort, measure, strip or re-spool anything. Our team grades the material from photos and our own inspection.

03We Cover Freight and Loading

Trucks, forklifts, reel handling and pallet wrapping are billed to us. That cost is already priced into the offer you receive.

04Mixed Lots Are Welcome

Full reels, partial reels, boxed coils, loose cut-offs and several different constructions on one skid are all normal to us.

Why Virginia sellers call us

Wire becomes surplus for a handful of predictable reasons: a job over-ordered, a project got cancelled after delivery, a feeder schedule was value-engineered, a shop is relocating, a subdivision finished and left a partial coil in every garage, or a distributor took on inventory that does not match the branch's mix. In every one of those cases somebody ends up with heavy, awkward, perfectly good material and no obvious way to convert it back into cash.

Scrapping is the default, and it is usually the wrong call. A scrap price reflects metal weight minus the yard's processing cost. Our price reflects what the reel is worth to a contractor who needs that construction next week, which for resaleable material is frequently several times the scrap number. We also buy genuine scrap-grade wire, so there is no downside to asking first.

Selling surplus wire in Virginia

Straight answers

How much of Virginia do you cover?

All of it. We list 218 Virginia cities and towns, and we buy outside those too — the list is for navigation, not a limit on our service area.

Do you charge for pickup or freight?

No. Freight, loading, reel handling and pallet wrapping are our cost, and they are already accounted for in the offer.

What sizes do you buy in Virginia?

Everything from 14 AWG spools up through 1000 MCM feeder reels, copper and aluminum. Small gauge is best sold as a pallet lot; a few large MCM reels are worth a call on their own.

Will you buy wire that has sat outside for years?

Yes. Weathered wooden reels, faded jackets, sun-checked insulation and water-stained cartons do not disqualify a lot.

Surplus wire to move in Virginia?

One pallet or a full warehouse. Call or text.
