Service Wire Wire Buyers

- Paid before pickup
- No sorting required
- Freight and loading covered
- Any gauge, full or partial reels

Send photos of the reel tags and receive a firm number, usually the same day. No obligation.
Funds change hands before a single reel leaves your property. There is no consignment and no waiting on a downstream resale.
You are never asked to sort, measure, strip or re-spool anything. Our team grades the material from photos and our own inspection.
Trucks, forklifts, reel handling and pallet wrapping are billed to us. That cost is already priced into the offer you receive.
Full reels, partial reels, boxed coils, loose cut-offs and several different constructions on one skid are all normal to us.
Service Wire material by type
We pay upfront, require no sorting, and cover the freight and the loading at our own cost — the same terms on every purchase regardless of whose print line is on the jacket.
We buy Service Wire product across every construction we handle. Pick the type that matches your material for sizes, packaging and condition detail.

Aluminum Cable
URD, quadruplex, triplex, MC-AP and large aluminum feeders from utility and service work.
What moves the number on Service Wire material
- Conductor size, and whether it is a common trade size.
- Copper versus aluminum, which is usually the largest single factor.
- Full unopened reels and sealed cartons versus partials.
- Whether the print line and reel tag are still legible.
- Insulation type: THHN, XHHW-2 and MC resell fastest.
- Indoor storage versus years of sun and weather exposure.

Selling Service Wire wire
Straight answers
Do you only buy Service Wire wire?
No. We buy every print line, and unbranded material as well. The manufacturer affects the resale pool and therefore the price, but it never determines whether we are interested.
My Service Wire reel tag is missing. Is that a problem?
Not a serious one. Photograph the jacket instead. The print line repeats along the length of the conductor and usually carries the size, the insulation type and the voltage rating, which is most of what we need.
Is older Service Wire stock worth anything?
Frequently yes. Copper does not expire and insulation compounds hold up well indoors. What matters is gauge, construction and storage condition rather than the year it was manufactured.
